Today the Midwest Supermodified Series announces a new fan interaction initiative called MSS Live!
MSS Live is a resource for fans to become more in the know with their favorite race drivers, teams and
of course the series. We want to bring the fan into the race day environment of the supermodifieds by
providing a behind the scenes look during each and every race.
MSS Live will be an interactive Facebook based video series produced by the MSS Social Media team.
Throughout the day, users will be able to see what is going on with the crews, officials, drivers, etc.
There will be updates after each session qualifying, heats, and feature. If something is going on, we will
be there to cover it.
“This should give a unique interaction between the participants and the fans. We want the fans to be
able to come to the track and enjoy the experience. We want to be able to get them the results and
stories. It is our job to make sure we get the word out, the fans don’t need to work while there. MSS Live
will give us an extra tool to give a little extra coverage at the track. Although there will be no live racing
broadcasted, we will do our best to give the best coverage of what is going on in the pit area. We here
at MSS hope that it’s well received.”
“We also want to hear from our fans. They can tell us if they like what they see, or don’t like what they
see. We can do our best to provide the news they seek.”
MSS Live! will debut at our inaugural event at Sandusky May 12, and then every race on our schedule.
We hope the fans will be excited as we are to bring it to you.
