With everything at a standstill. Tell us your favorite supermodified memories.
Like Brian C says it was great living in an area like here where you had the supers racing at Sandusky with such a top class field every week!! There for a few years they all would go to Lorain County one night and the next night they would be at Sandusky speedway. Having such a great field of drivers and car brought those guys from other track around to try their luck against the home town guys. I made a lot of trips back and forth from Lorain county to Sandusky Speedway. Lots!

Plenty of work going on in the workshop of Jeff West. This is the 1 being readied for the upcoming season. Jeff plans on having both cars at the two MSS shows at Lorain County Speedway and at the two races at Lucas Oil Raceway. The 1 is to be driven by Bobby Santos and the 72 by Greg Furlong.
The Danny Shirey 72 is getting closer to race ready.
The shop of Nick Cappelli. He’s preparing for the upcoming season for both MSS and ISMA. You will learn more about Nick in the coming weeks.
Here’s a very cool story. Supermodified driver, Jonathon Lesiecki needed some glass work travelled an hour to get to Adkins Glass LLC to get the job done. Adkins Glass and Randal Adkins and his family are big supporters of the Midwest Supermodified Series and it’s great to see one of our drivers support our sponsors.
